Ingredients For 7-layer salad

    head lettuce, cut-up
  • 1 lb
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 pkg
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 lb
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1
    jar mayonnaise
  • 1
    head cauliflower, cut-up
  • 1 lb
    frozen peas, thawed

How To Make 7-layer salad

  • 1
    Put lettuce on on bottom and stack rest by layer with mayo second to last, then cheese on top, refrigerate for 8 hour before serving. Makes 10-12 servings.
