12 ozbag of iceberg salad mix

1/2 cred onions, chopped

1 ccelery
-
1 smbag of frozen peas, sprinkled over celery

2 Tbspsugar

2 cmayonnaise

1 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese(not finely grated)

1 lbcrisp bacon, crumbled
How To Make 24 hour/seven-layer salad

1Place salad mix, red onions, celery and peas in the bottom of a large glass salad bowl. Mix sugar with mayonnaise to create salad dressing, and spread mixture over peas as if it were icing. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, followed by bacon.

2Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Mix when ready to serve.
