Ingredients For 24 hour salad

    lettuce head
  • 3
    green onions; chopped
  • 1 can
    waterchestnuts; sliced
  • 1
    red bell pepper; chopped
  • 3
    celery stalks; chopped
  • 1 box
    peas, frozen 10 oz
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 c
    fresh fried bacon (crumbled) or bacon bits

How To Make 24 hour salad

  • 1
    Layer chopped lettuce, green onions, waterchestnuts, bell pepper, peas, and celery in a glass 13x9 baking dish.

    Cream together mayonnaise and sour cream. Add parmesan cheese, salt, and garlic powder and mix thoughly. Spread this mix evenly on top of the salad layers.

    Finish topping your salad with crumbled crip cooked bacon (crumbled), or bacon bits.
