Ingredients For '1905' salad

1head iceberg lettuce

3 or 4ripe tomatoes, cut in eighths

1 cswiss cheese, cut in julienne strips

1 cham, cut in julienne strips, or turkey or shrimp

1/2 cgreen spanish olives, pitted

4 tspgrated romano cheese

1/4 cwhite wine vinegar

1 cextra-virgin spanish olive oil

8 clovegarlic, minced

2 tspworcestershire sauce

salt and pepper to taste

2 tsporegano, dried

4 tsplemon juice
How To Make '1905' salad

1Toss all salad ingredients in a bowl, except Romano Cheese.

2Mix garlic, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Beat until smooth with a wire wisk. Add olive oil, gradually beating to form an emulsion. Stir in vinegar and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

3Add dressing to salad and toss well. Add Romano cheese and toss one more time.
