Ingredients For 1905 salad

  • 1/2
    head iceberg lettuce
  • 2
    tomatoes , diced
  • 1
    celery stalk, diced
  • 3 oz
    swiss cheese,julienned
  • 3 oz
    ham julienned
  • 1/4 c
    pitted spanish olives
  • 2 Tbsp
    romano cheese, grated
  • 4
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp
    oregano
  • 1 tsp
    worchestershire sauce
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/8 c
    white vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Make 1905 salad

    Arrange salad ingredients in serving bowl.

    Mince garlic & add oregano, worcestershire sauce & lemon juice. Beat with a wire wisk until smooth.Gradually add oil & vinegar, salt & pepper. When well mixed pour over salad & toss
