Ingredients For 17 spinach and peanut salad

3 Tbsphredded carrot

1 bagspinach

3 tspdry roasted peants

1 Tbspminced garlic

1/4 tspdry pepper

1/2 tspsesame oil

1 tspchicken flavor

1/2 tspsalt

5 tspblack vinegar or white vinegar

1 tspwhite sugar or brown sugar

1 tspsoy sauce
How To Make 17 spinach and peanut salad

1Wash spinach and boil for 5 seconds then blanch in cold water. Set Aside.

2Prepare 3 teaspoons roasted peanuts and set aside.

3Chop garlic,carrots and dried chili.

4Combine Spinach, add salt, soy sauce, chicken flavor, dried chili, minced garlic and sesame oil. Stir well.

5After combining ingredients, add vinegar and carrot. Mix together

6Pour dry roasted peanuts into the marinated spinach and enjoy!
