Ingredients For wild rice & cranberry salad

1- 8oz pkgrice, long-grain/wild rice blend (microwave pkg)

1 csweetened dried cranberries

1 cfresh broccoli flowerets

4green onions
-
3celery ribs
-
1- 2oz jarpimientos (diced & drained)

1/2 csweet & sour dressing (kroger brand)

1 jarpeanuts, dry roasted
How To Make wild rice & cranberry salad

1Prep: Microwave & Refrigerate Wild Rice. Cut Broccoli florets into small pieces, chop onions (use part of green too), chop celery into small pieces.

2In large bowl, combine chilled rice, cranberries, onions, celery, pimientos. Stir in broccoli then gently stir in salad dressing.

3Cover & chill at least 2 hours. Top individual servings with a few dry roasted peanuts.
