Ingredients For wild rice & cranberry salad

  • 1- 8oz pkg
    rice, long-grain/wild rice blend (microwave pkg)
  • 1 c
    sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 c
    fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 4
    green onions
  • 3
    celery ribs
  • 1- 2oz jar
    pimientos (diced & drained)
  • 1/2 c
    sweet & sour dressing (kroger brand)
  • 1 jar
    peanuts, dry roasted

How To Make wild rice & cranberry salad

    Prep: Microwave & Refrigerate Wild Rice. Cut Broccoli florets into small pieces, chop onions (use part of green too), chop celery into small pieces.

    In large bowl, combine chilled rice, cranberries, onions, celery, pimientos. Stir in broccoli then gently stir in salad dressing.

    Cover & chill at least 2 hours. Top individual servings with a few dry roasted peanuts.
