I like this recipe because it dresses up tuna salad with apples,raisins,dates and walnuts..then coats it all with a tangy dressing. 340 calories in 3/4 cup. You could use cooked cubed chicken or canned chicken.

2 can(6oz ea.) light water-packed tuna, drained and flaked

1 lgred apple-chopped

- DRESSING

1/2 cfat free plain yogart

1/4 creduced fat mayonnaise or miracle whip

1In a large bowl,combine the first 6 ingredients. Combine yogurt,and mayonnaise; add to the tuna mixture and toss to coat. Serve on lettuce leaves; sprinkle with cheese.
