How To Make waldorf salad by janet

1Wash core apples and slice thinly with a mandalyn also slice the celery thin.

2Add the lemon juice to the apples and celery to keep from turning brown.

3Mix the buttermilk, cider vinegar. honey, and the Worcestershire sauce together and set aside.

4Crumble the blue cheese and sprinkle on the apples. Add the buttermilk dressing. and sprinkle on the toasted walnuts
