How To Make the ultimate fruit salad
-
1First step is to peel your oranges and grapefruit. If you have never made segments before it is very easy. After you have peeled the fruit I take a small knife usually a sharp paring knife. You gently stick knife through skin of fruit sliding the fruit segment out. Once all fruit is done put in bowl and pour about a cup and a half on fruit and chill till needed.
-
2In a large bowl add your grapes, drained pineapples chunks and coconut flakes. Add fruit segments and juice.
-
3Start adding your juices and stirring in between each juice. Finally add your orange juice concetrate. Make sur that everything is comined together real good.
-
4Next pour your sparkling water in slowly because you may not need it all. I suggest about a half cup stop and taste. You are trying to have a little bubbly effect. You could use champange, but my family includes children.
-
5Let salad sit covered in refrigeratorfor 2 hours or till you are ready to serve. Stir in nuts, then put cherry halves all over top. Then place mint leaves next to cherries. This is your garnish now it is ready to serve. Refrigerate any leftovers immediately.
