Ingredients For tangy watermelon salad

4 cseedless watermelon, cubed

2 Tbspolive oil

3 Tbsplime juice

1 Tbspred wine vinegar

3/4 cfeta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cfresh mint or italian parsley, coarsely chopped

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make tangy watermelon salad

1Place watermelon cubes in a large bowl. Whisk olive oil, lime juice and vinegar in a small bowl and pour over watermelon. Toss to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Gently stir in feta cheese and mint/parsley. Serve salad immediately in a watermelon wedge shell.
