This is a wonderful fall salad! Or anytime!!! I love the flavor combination in here. Its a favorite among friends and great for luncheons.

Ingredients For swiss apple salad

3-4red and green apples, unpeeled and diced

2 Tbsplemon juice

2 stalkcelery, chopped

1/3 cmayonnaise

1/3 csour cream
-
2 Tbspwhite balsamic vinegar

1 Tbspsugar or to taste

1/4 tspcelery seed
-
1/2 tspsea salt or to taste

1/4 tspfresh cracked black pepper or to taste

2 cseedless red and green grapes, halved
-
1 cswiss cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
-
1/2 ctoasted pecans, coursely chopped

romaine lettuce leaves, if desired
How To Make swiss apple salad

1Gently toss together apples with 2T lemon juice in a large bowl. Add in celery. In a small bowl combine mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper. Add to apple mixture and gently toss until well coated.

2Right before eating, stir in grapes, cheese and pecans. Serve on romaine lettuce leaves if desired. Sprinkle with crasins or golden raisins or both if desired.
