Ingredients For summer fruit salad

  • 1 c
    raspberries
  • 2 c
    red seedless grapes
  • 2 c
    pineapple chunks
  • 1 c
    gala apple, cored, chunked
  • 2
    nectarines, pitted, chunked
  • 2 c
    strawberries, sliced
  • 1 c
    blueberries
  • 2 c
    cantaloup chunks
  • 1 c
    plain greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp
    each of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger

How To Make summer fruit salad

  • 1
    Combine all fruit in large mixing bowl. Set aside.
  • 2
    Mix together the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon until smooth. Pour over fruit and lightly toss until evenly coated.

    Chill for at least an hour. When ready to serve, toss gently to combine again, and serve!
