strawberry poppy seed chicken salad
My husband and I love Panera's Strawberry Poppy Seed Chicken Salad. Well now they sell Panera's salad dressing at Target so now it is easy to make this wonderful salad at home. Panera's Poppy Seed Dressing is low fat and low sodium. What I love about it, is it doesn't have that mustardy oniony taste that most poppy seed dressings have, so it makes it nice for a fruited salad.

How To Make strawberry poppy seed chicken salad
-
1Rinse and hull strawberries and cut in half or bite size pieces. Set aside. Rinse blueberries and pick over to remove any bad berries. Set aside.
-
2Cut up pineapple, if using fresh or drain canned pineapple tidbits, if using. Set aside. Drain mandrain oranges
-
3Clean and rinse lettuces, set aside on paper towels to get the water off. I ran all the lettuces through my salad spinner to get most of the water off.
-
4Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Set aside.
-
5Assemble cleaned, rinsed and dried lettuces in large bowl or individual bowls. Arrange chicken pieces and fruits on top of lettuces, and add nuts. Served chilled with your favorite poppy seed dressing.
