My husband and I love Panera's Strawberry Poppy Seed Chicken Salad. Well now they sell Panera's salad dressing at Target so now it is easy to make this wonderful salad at home. Panera's Poppy Seed Dressing is low fat and low sodium. What I love about it, is it doesn't have that mustardy oniony taste that most poppy seed dressings have, so it makes it nice for a fruited salad.

Cut up pineapple, if using fresh or drain canned pineapple tidbits, if using. Set aside. Drain mandrain oranges
