Ingredients For strawberry mango salad

1/2 cstrawberries, hulled

1 tspsugar

1 tspred vinegar (i used pomegranite)

3/4 cplain yogurt

3/4 Tbsppoppy seeds

1 cstrawberries
-
1/2 ctoasted walnuts

spinach, fresh
-
2bananas
-
1/2 ctoasted sunflower seeds

cheese (to taste)

2mangoes
How To Make strawberry mango salad

1Dressing: Put 1/2c strawberries in blender, blend until smooth. Add sugar and vinegar, blend. Add yogurt, blend. Pour into bowl, stir in poppy seeds. Refrigerate until ready to use.

2Layer Spinach, strawberries, mango, cheese, and nuts on plates, drizzle dressing over.

3Other ideas I had for this were dried cranberries, raisins, grapes, or kiwi. All would have been great. The measurements on the actural salad can vary, just use what you have and what you need for each plate.
