Ingredients For spinach pecan salad

  • 1 T.
    margarine
  • 1/2 c.
    pecan halves
  • 1 T.
    brown sugar
  • 6 oz. pkg.
    fresh baby spinach
  • 1 lg.
    granny smith apple, cut in thin slices, skin on
  • 1/4 c.
    dried cranberries
  • 1/2 c.
    feta cheese
  • 2 T.
    olive oil
  • 2 T.
    white vinegar

How To Make spinach pecan salad

  • 1
    Melt marg. over low heat. Add pecans & brown sugar. Cook & stir constantly 2-3 mins. Cool on wax paper. Add the rest of the ing. together & toss gently, add the pecans. Mix the oil & vinegar & pour over. Toss gently to coat well. This is also good with some fresh berries of any kind added, I have used almost everykind at one time or the other.
