Ingredients For spinach pecan salad

1 T.margarine
-
1/2 c.pecan halves

1 T.brown sugar

6 oz. pkg.fresh baby spinach

1 lg.granny smith apple, cut in thin slices, skin on

1/4 c.dried cranberries
-
1/2 c.feta cheese
-
2 T.olive oil
-
2 T.white vinegar
How To Make spinach pecan salad

1Melt marg. over low heat. Add pecans & brown sugar. Cook & stir constantly 2-3 mins. Cool on wax paper. Add the rest of the ing. together & toss gently, add the pecans. Mix the oil & vinegar & pour over. Toss gently to coat well. This is also good with some fresh berries of any kind added, I have used almost everykind at one time or the other.
