Great salad for a potluck or family gathering. Also very good frozen and served on a lettuce leaf.

Ingredients For snowball salad - steph

  • 2 oz
    9 oz. containers cool whip
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 3
    bananas, mashed
  • 1 lb
    can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    maraschino cherries

How To Make snowball salad - steph

    Mix Cool Whip, sour cream, sugar, and lemon juice together. Add the bananas, pineapple, pecans, and cherries.

    To serve as a chilled salad, chill overnight. To serve as a frozen salad, place salad in freezer until firm. Use a 9 x 13" pan. Delish!
