Ingredients For red white & blueberry salad

6 cchopped romaine
-
2 1/2 cchopped watermelon
-
cblueberries

1/2thinly sliced jicama
-
16oz lemon greek yogurt
-
1/4 cwhite balsamic vinegar

2 tsphoney or agave
How To Make red white & blueberry salad

1Combine blueberries and watermelon in bowl, pour 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar pour over fruit and toss gently and let marinate for 15min.

2Mix yogurt, agave, and pinch of salt in bowl set aside.

3Take thinly sliced jicama and cut into stars.

4Put chopped romaine in large bowl, Add marinated fruit and dressing and toss, top with your jicama stars. What a pretty and tastey salad!
