    pineapple chunks, fresh

    orange, peeled and segmented

    kiwi - peeled, halved and sliced
  • 150 g
    seedless grapes
  • 175 g
    quartered strawberries
  • 1/4 tsp
    grated lime zest
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    poppy seeds
  • 4 Tbsp
    pineapple juice

How To Make poppy seed fruit salad

    In a large bowl, toss pineapple, orange, kiwi, grapes, and strawberries.

    In a small cup or bowl, combine lime zest, lime juice, honey, poppy seeds and 4 tablespoons pineapple juice. Stir well and toss with fruit.
