Another of Ma's recipes I found without a title when I found her recipe file box in NC in July 2019. This one says Dec 29, and says Budge Judkins. I assume that was when she had it, served it, or who she got it from. Either way, it sounds like it will be one of my favorites.

Ingredients For pineapple salad, ma

  • 20 oz
    crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c
    pecans
  • 1 can
    eagle milk
  • 1 lg
    cool whip
  • 1/2 c
    bottled lemon juice

    No directions, however, this one sounds so similar to other salads, I would combine and refrigerate.
