1 bunchwatercress

2 cpineapple, cubed

1 smjicama, peeled and cut into matchsticks

1jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced (remove seeds for less heat)
How To Make pineapple-jicama salad

1Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, shallot, hot sauce, honey, ground cumin and salt.

2Combine watercress, pineapple, jicama and jalapeno and then toss with dressing. Season to taste with salt.
