my daughter-in-law loves this one.she always likes to take some home for later.it is one of my favorite too.

Ingredients For pineapple chiffon salad

  • 1 box
    jello any flavor,i use lemon,cherry,or orange.
  • 2 c
    cottage cheese
  • 1 3/4 c
    water, hot
  • 1 sm
    can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 sm
    package cream cheese (beaten till smooth)
  • 1/2 pt
    whipping cream (whipped)
  • 2 c
    mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 c
    chopped nuts, oppt.

How To Make pineapple chiffon salad

  • 1
    prepare jello as directed on package (using the water)chill in fridge till it starts to jell or thicken,take out and add the rest of the ingredients, fold in whipped cream last. chill till firm..very good.
