Ingredients For pear and gorgonzola salad

4 cleafy green and red lettuces ( baby mixed greens work well)

1red anjou pear
-
1/4c. chopped walnuts

1/4 ccider vinegar or rice vinegar

1/4 cbuttermilk
-
1/4 csour cream
-
3 Tbsphoney
-
1 tspminced garlic
-
1scallion chopped
-
pinch red pepper
-
salt and pepper
-
1/4 ccrumbled gorgonzola
How To Make pear and gorgonzola salad

1Make dressing ahead of time using ingredients from cider vinegar. Shake in a jar. keep in fridge. you can even make it the day before. It's better that way.

2Just before serving. Mix greens and sliced pears with dressing and top with walnuts. Serve immediately. you will not need all the dressing but it keeps for several days..
