Ingredients For organic greens w/ fruit and nuts

1 tspminced garlic

3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 Tbspred wine vinegar

1 tspdried thyme
-
pepper to taste

1firm, but ripe pear, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2" pieces

1/3 cdried tart cherries
-
8 ozpkg organic baby greens
-
2 cshredded cooked chicken breasts
-
1/2 ctoasted pecans
How To Make organic greens w/ fruit and nuts

1In lg bowl, whisk together garlic, oil, vinegar, thyme and pepper to taste.

2Gently stir in pears, and cherries. Add the baby greens, chicken and pecans. Toss gently to coat.
