Ingredients For orange-pecan salad.

1/2 cwhole, shelled pecans

6 Tbsplight greek-style vinaigrette salad dressing

16 oz pkg mixed salad greens, preferably organic

1head endive, cut crosswise into 1

111 oz can mandarin oranges, drained

1/2 ccrumbled feta cheese

1/4 cthinly sliced red onion

2 Tbspchopped fresh dill
How To Make orange-pecan salad.

1Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Add pecans and cook, stirring for 3-4 mins. Remove from skillet and cool.

2In lg bowl, combine salad dressing and dill. Add salad greens, endive, oranges, feta cheese, onion slices and pecans. Gently toss to coat.
