I first enjoyed this, fresh fruit Floridian recipe in the 70's while vacationing in that great state.
It is so simple and quick to put together. This is my recipe,from what I remember!
LOL.. Like what is there to remember!
It's that simple to put together.

Ingredients For "orange & onion salad"a fresh sun-kissed delight

  • 2-3 md
    oranges
  • 2-3 md
    red onions
  • ?
    romaine lettuce leaves &
  • ?
    fresh spinach leaves
  • ? Tbsp
    french dressing
  • ? Tbsp
    crushed... whole black peppercorns

How To Make "orange & onion salad"a fresh sun-kissed delight

    NOTE:
    Please wash all fruit before eating,slicing, or cutting!! Even watermelon!

    RECTPE: wash and slice oranges,
    about 1/2 inch thick.

    Peel and thinly slice onions.
    Separate into rings.
  • 3
    Arrange the orange and onion slices,
    on a bed of your choice of greens.
  • 4
    Sprinkle French dressing over the top.
    Top with ground black pepper.
    and serve while cold.
