one crazy tasting take on a the "waldorf" - this one has chucks of chicken, tart dried cranberries and a zesty taste of greek seasoning; it's a perfect combination of flavors and textures.

Ingredients For one "jumbled waldorf"

  • 1/2 c
    chopped. slightly toasted walnuts
  • 1/2 c
    celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c
    red & white seedless grapes. sliced
  • 1
    sweet apple, cored & chopped
  • 1
    chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 c
    dried cranberries
  • 3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise or greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp
    greek seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    freshly ground pepper
  • lettuce beds

How To Make one "jumbled waldorf"

  • 1
    In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), greek seasoning and the lemon juice. The add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper. Mix well.

    Mix in the apple, celery, grapes, chicken, cranberries and walnuts.

    Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce.
