Ingredients For one "jumbled waldorf"

1/2 cchopped. slightly toasted walnuts

1/2 ccelery, thinly sliced

1/2 cred & white seedless grapes. sliced

1sweet apple, cored & chopped

1chopped cooked chicken breast

1/2 cdried cranberries

3 Tbspmayonnaise or greek yogurt

1 Tbspgreek seasoning

1/2 tspsea salt

1/4 tspfreshly ground pepper

How To Make one "jumbled waldorf"

1In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), greek seasoning and the lemon juice. The add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper. Mix well.

2Mix in the apple, celery, grapes, chicken, cranberries and walnuts.

3Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce.
