This is a staple for my family during the holidays. It is the most simple to prepare of all and is so delicious, that it is not a holiday meal without it. I know that there are many out there like this, but, this one is absolutely the easiest choice and a favorite over the years. Came from my Aunt to my Mother, down to me and now to my Children.

Ingredients For my simple and delicious lime jello

  • 1
    large box of lime jello.
  • 1
    cup of boiling water.
  • 1
    16 (oz.) of sour cream.
  • 1/2
    cup of finely chopped walnuts.
  • 1
    (14.5 oz.) can of crushed pineapple with juice.

How To Make my simple and delicious lime jello

    In a mixing bowl, dissolve 1 large box of lime jello into boiling water.

    Immediately add the sour cream and beat on low speed until smooth.

    Add the finely chopped walnuts.

    Add the crushed pineapple with juice.

    Pour into your serving bowl and chill until well set.

    Serve.
