Ingredients For mother in law salad

  • 1 lg
    can crushed pineapple drained (reserve juice)
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz
    mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch

How To Make mother in law salad

  • 1
    Mix pineapple,cheese and marshmallows together. Heat pineapple juice and sugar together. Beat together eggs,milk and cornstarch.

    Add heated juice mixture slowly to egg mix and cook until thick.Allow to cool and add to the pineapple, marshmallow cheese mixture.Put in refrigerator to chill.
