Mary the resident at work who makes the coutch tissure holders gave me this recipe for Cranberry salad. I will be making it for thanks giving so will post a picture then.

Ingredients For mary's cranberry salad

  • 12-16 oz
    1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 1-2 c
    sugar ( depends on how many cranberries and their tartness)
  • 1 pt
    cool whip
  • 1 clove
    small crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 4 c
    white mini marshmallows

How To Make mary's cranberry salad

    Chop or grind cranberries add sugar, cover and let sit in fridge 6 hours or overnight.

    Next day, Beat whipping cream (if using or add coolwhip to a large bowl.

    To the whipped cream, add the nuts, drained pineapple, and the cranberry mixture from last night. Mix well, cover and let sit in fridge at least 6 hours before serving.
