This fruit salad is a little different from most '5 cup', '7 cup', etc. fruit salads, in that it does not have coconut in it. The sweetness is provided entirely by the mini marshmallows. It is still sweet, but with a slight 'tang' from the sour cream, perhaps preferable to adults who like a less sweet fruit salad. *As a room mother at my daughter's school (many moons ago), I served this at school parties with great success. Although many children do not like sour cream, I doubt most of them even knew it was there! Super easy to make!

2Pour the sour cream over the fruits, and stir gently until well mixed. Let set for several hours so flavors can blend.
-
3*Add more or less of any ingredient you choose, but it is important you let it set for a few hours so the marshmallows can release their sweetness.
