This fruit salad is a little different from most '5 cup', '7 cup', etc. fruit salads, in that it does not have coconut in it. The sweetness is provided entirely by the mini marshmallows. It is still sweet, but with a slight 'tang' from the sour cream, perhaps preferable to adults who like a less sweet fruit salad. *As a room mother at my daughter's school (many moons ago), I served this at school parties with great success. Although many children do not like sour cream, I doubt most of them even knew it was there! Super easy to make!
