Ingredients For mai tai fruit salad

1 mdfresh pineapple

1 cfresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1orange, peeled, sliced and seeded

1/2 cseedless red grapes

1kiwifruit, peeled and sliced

1/2 tspgrated lime rind

1/2 cfresh lime juice

3 Tbsphoney
-
1 Tbsplight rum

1 Tbspgrand marnier or other orange flavored liqueur

1banana, sliced
How To Make mai tai fruit salad

1Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise, leaving leaves intact. Remove the pulp in chunks, leaving 1/2 inch thick shells. Set the shells aside.

2Combine the pineapple chunks, strawberries, orange, grapes, and kiwifruit in a bowl. Combine the lime rind and the next 4 ingredients; stir well, and pour over the fruit mixture.

3Add the bananas, and toss gently. Spoon the fruit mixture into the reserved shells to serve.
