Ingredients For lime-coconut fruit salad

  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2
    naval oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 2
    granny smith apples, cored and chopped
  • 2
    ripe nectarines, pitted and sliced
  • 1
    ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 c
    strawberry halves

How To Make lime-coconut fruit salad

  • 1
    Combine sour cream, coconut milk, lime juice and brown sugar in a small bowl; stir until smooth.

    Gently toss remaining ingredients in large bowl.

    Pour sour cream mixture over fruit. Toss to coat well. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
