I made this salad up one day and it was a hit with my family. I love all the combinations. I am pretty proud of it.

1 smbox of orange jello

1 1/2 ccrushed pineapple

1 canwhole cranberry sauce

1/2container of whipped cream cheese

112 oz container of cool whip

chopped pecans, optional
How To Make kimi's cranberry-orange-pineapple salad

1Prepare orange jello according to pkg, but instead of using water use only a half a cup of pineapple juice. Drain the pineapple really well. Place jello in fridge and let set a little till it firms up a little. Remove and whip in cream cheese(room temp.). Add in pineapple, cranberries and fold in cool whip. Sprinkle with nuts if desired. Refrigerate till firm.
