That was the day when an aunt created this wonder in my kitchen...a fruit Raitha! I have loved it since then and after many variations...I came up with this version - all of whose ingredients you'll find at any/all grocery stores. A no compromise dish...rich in taste, nutrient content and colors! Happy eating - Happy rejuvenating!

Ingredients For killer apple raitha (apples in yogurt sauce)

5 lgapples (red/green) shredded (big shreds)

11 inch ginger piece, shredded

3 corganic yogurt

2 Tbspextra virgin olive oil (evoo)

3/4 cpeanuts

3/4 ccilantro, finely chopped

salt to taste
How To Make killer apple raitha (apples in yogurt sauce)

1Heat EVOO in a pan and add peanuts to the same.

2Once the peanuts have roasted, add the apple shreds, ginger and cilantro to the pan and fry them for about 10 min and turn off the heat.

3Once the mixture has cooled, add yogurt and salt and serve (with rice/tortilla/tacos - whatever you would find under the sun!) Happy Fruit Disguising!
