Ingredients For italian fruit and pasta salad

1/2 csugar

2 Tbspflour

2eggs beaten

1 Tbsplemon juice concentrate

1 3/4 cpineapple juice (use from canned pineapple using for salad)

311 oz.cans mandarin oranges

220 oz cans pineapple tidbits

1 ceach mini marshmallows and coconut

112 oz cool whip
-
3/4 boxacini de pepe pasta (16oz)

1/2 tspsalt
How To Make italian fruit and pasta salad

1In a saucepan, combine sugar, salt, flour; stir in juice & eggs. Cook slowly, stirring constantly until thick. Add lemon juice and cool. Meanwhile, boil pasta per instructions, drain, rinse with cool water. Place in a large bowl. Add cooled dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2The next day: add drained fruits, coconut and mini marshmallows. Mix well. Add cream. Cover and place back in the refrigerator until ready to serve. So yummy! Can be kept one week to enjoy each day,
