holiday cranberry apple salad
(2 ratings)
This is one of the BEST cranberry salads I've ever eaten and to be honest, I don't really like cranberry salad! Delicious served with turkey dinner, this is a winner every time I make it. If you are only serving around 12 to 20 you can half this recipe. There is no "cook time" but I put 3 hours because it has to set in the fridge ... "chill time"! :-)

5I enjoy serving it this way but if you like you can use two 8-cup jello molds, lightly sprayed with non-stick spray. Invert your salad onto a plate covered with lettuce leaves. Sooooo goooood!!!!!
