We recently moved to Hawaii. Many of the restaurants serve this Hawaiian style Cole Slaw as a side dish option. We tried it and loved it! My mom makes this cole slaw with diced apples, but we made it with fresh island pineapple. It is so flavorful and is our new favorite side dish! Hope you try it. Aloha~

Ingredients For hawaiian cole slaw

  • 1 bag
    cole slaw mix
  • 1 bottle
    hidden valley cole slaw dressing
  • 1/2
    pineapple, diced small

How To Make hawaiian cole slaw

    Put cole slaw mix into a large bowl.
  • 2
    Cut up fresh or canned pineapple into small cubes. Use as much pineapple as you like.

    Stir in dressing, as much as you like. Chill and serve.
