Ingredients For grilled watermelon with honey, yogurt & tajin

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 sprig
    rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 c
    plain yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp
    fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3 lb
    seeded watermelon
  • tajin to spinkle on top

How To Make grilled watermelon with honey, yogurt & tajin

    Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Once hot add the rosemary and fry for 30 seconds. Remove the rosemary to a paper towel. Reserve the oil
  • 2
    Heat a grill. Cut the watermelon into slices. Pour the grapefruit juice over the watermelon. Mix the honey and yogurt together.

    Grill the watermelon for a minute or two to get marks and a little char.
  • 4
    Spread the yogurt on a plate. Top with the watermelon slices. Top with rosemary oil and rosemary. Sprinkle the Tajin on top. Enjoy
