If you like grapefruit you'll love this and so low cal for the new year....I am not a grapefruit lover but this is good.

Ingredients For grapefruit-mint salad

4red grapefruit (or half grapefruit and half oranges)

2 Tbsphoney, preferably clover honey

2 Tbspfinely chopped fresh mint
How To Make grapefruit-mint salad

1With a sharp knife cut away the peel and white parts from 4 red grapefruit (and/or oranges)then cut between the membranes to remove the segments. Squeeze the membranes and segments from 1 grapefruit/orange over a bowl to extract the juice. Whisk together the juice, honey and the mint. Arrange segments on a platter and drizzle with dressing.

2You can add more or less honey according to taste...I like sweet so I add a little more honey...enjoy!!!
