Great fruit salad that is easy. If you make it a day ahead, some say the brown sugar makes the sauce taste like caramel. I can't get it to last that long in our house! Great for covered dish suppers as well. It will be a hit.

Ingredients For grape salad

  • 4 lb
    green and red seedless grapes
  • 1 pkg
    (8oz) cream cheese
  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 4
    ounces chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar

How To Make grape salad

  • 1
    Wash and dry grapes. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla extract.

    Add grapes and mix until evenly coated. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans, mix again and refrigerate until serving.
