I have had this and it is so good you could it this for a meal. Nice and cool for the spring and summertime. Hope you enjoy.

Ingredients For grape salad

  • 2 lb
    of each green and red seedless grapes
  • 8 oz
    sour cream, fat-free
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, low-fat(softened)
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar(or splenda)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract to taste
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    crushed pecans

How To Make grape salad

  • 1
    Wash and stem grapes. Set aside. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, white sugar or splenda, and vanilla by hand until blended. In a large bowl serving bowl stir grapes into mixture. For topping: combine brown sugar and crushed pecans. Sprinkle over top of grapes to cover completely. Chill overnight.
