Ingredients For grape salad

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar, heaping tablespoons
  • 1 c
    pecans, toasted
  • 1/2 c
    shredded montery jack cheese
  • 3 lb
    grapes, seedless

How To Make grape salad

    Spray skillet and toast pecans lightly over medium heat, about 15 minutes.

    With electric mixer cream sour cream, cream cheese and brown sugar. Stir in grated cheese and pecans, mix in grapes and chill.

    Low fat cream cheese and sour cream works great in this dish and you can add more grapes to suit your taste.
