Ingredients For golden autumn salad

2- 3 oz pkgorange gelatin (sugar-free preferred)

2 cboiling water

1- 6 oz canfrozen orange juice

1 -16 oz canmandarin oranges, drained

1-20 oz cancrushed pineapple, drained

1- 3 oz pkgvanilla or french vanilla instant pudding
-
1 1/2 ccold milk
-
1/2 cheavy cream, whipped
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make golden autumn salad

1Mix together the milk, cream and cheddar cheese; set aside.

2Stir gelatin into boiling water until dissolved. Add frozen orange juice and stir until melted. Pour into 9x13 baking dish; add pineapple and oranges then cover and chill until set.

3Prepare pudding according to directions, using only 1 1/2 cups milk. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Then fold into whipped cream. Spread over the top of the set gelatin; then sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until ready to serve.
