Ingredients For fruited turkey salad

3 ctricolor rotelle
-
1 1/2 ccooked, cubed turkey breast

1 ccantalope cubes
-
1 cseedless grapes
-
1/2 cdrained crushed pineapple

2 Tbspraisins
- TOPPING

1 cnon fat yogurt
-
1 Tbsphoney
-
1 Tbspred wine vinegar
-
1/4 cfresh mint
-
1/4 cfresh parsley, minced

2 Tbspunsalted sunflower kernals, for garnish
How To Make fruited turkey salad

1cook, boil rotelle 10 minutes. drain and rinse.cool and place in large bowl.

2add meat and fruit, mix well

3mix topping ingredients in a small bowl, except for the herbs. stir those in after topping is well blended

4toss all together and serve over a bed of your favorite lettuce, topping with a sprinkle od the sunflower kernals

5calories : 344 3.7 grams fat 2.2 grams fiber 25 mg cholesterol 64 mg. sodium
