    ear of corn, charred on a grill and kernals removed
  • 1 c
    watermelon balls
  • 1/2
    peach, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    fresh raspberries

    cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 Tbsp
    tomato basil feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tsp
    hazelnut dukkah, optional
  • MANGO CHUTNEY AIOLI
  • 1 Tbsp
    mango chutney
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp
    heavy cream
  • microgreens, for garnish

How To Make fruit salad with corn, feta & mango chutney aioli

    To make the fruit salad, layer all the ingredients in 4 salad bowls.

    To make the mango chutney aioli, mix the mango chutney, mayonnaise, and heavy cream together. Drizzle over the salad.
