Ingredients For fruit cocktail

  • 2
    tart apples, cored, cubed
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 lg
    banana, cubed
  • 4 Tbsp
    powdered sugar
  • 2
    oranges, remove pith and seeds, dice
  • GARNISH CHOICES:
  • preserved cranberries (see recipe)
  • mock bar-le duc currants (see recipe)
  • grapes, seedless
  • pineapple chunks, fresh

How To Make fruit cocktail

  • 1
    Combine the lemon juice and sugar. Pour over the fruit and combine. Place fruit mixture in a shallow dish and refrigerate 30 minutes.

    Serve in glass dishes and garnish with either Preserved Cranberries, Mock Bar-le duc Currants; and grapes or crushed pineapple.
