Ingredients For frozen strawberry salad

  • 8 oz
    pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    honey
  • 2 c
    fresh strawberries, crushed
  • 1 c
    crushed pineapple

How To Make frozen strawberry salad

  • 1
    Blend cream cheese and honey. Stir in fruits. Pour into freezer tray and freeze 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf. May be garnished with whipped cream. Makes about 4 servings.
