This was a recipe that my mother used to make for my father--he loved it. It's a great recipe for a hot summer day. And, very easy to throw together.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Frozen fruit salad is a very old-fashioned recipe. This is a tangy and sweet treat filled with bits of delicious fruit. It can be served as a fruit salad or a dessert. Perfect addition to brunch, luncheons, or any occasion really.

This salad freezes like an ice cube. I would recommend taking it out of the freezer for about 30-45 minutes before serving to let it soften a bit. (It also tastes better if it has softened.)
