Ingredients For frog eye salad

1 csugar

2 Tbspflour

1/2 tspsalt

2 cpineapple juice

2 lgeggs beaten

1 Tbsplemon juice

3 can11 oz. each mandarin oranges drained

1 can20 oz. crushed pineapple drained

8 ozwhip cream
-
1 cmini marshmallows
-
1 cshredded coconut
How To Make frog eye salad

1In a sauce pan combine sugar, salt, pineapple juice and eggs. Stir and cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice and let come to room temp.

2Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente drain and rinse in cold water.

3In large bowl combine the pasta, egg mixture and remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until chilled at least 4 hours or overnight.
